i shall come back to this moment
this moment in time
this is the moment we began
and it is significant

we are significant
you and i
unique
a blending which is more
thank you
or i

i rhapsodize

we begin
are beginning
have begun

thoughts become words
words which have a special meaning
to you
and i

no one else can understand them
even if we explain
they cannot understand

these things are special to us
our coupling
is complete

did you know when we met
this would happen
you must have
it's ever thus
when coupling occurs

each time different
each time unique
ever a rhapsody

we are ameboid
always changing
ever the same

we're atomic
our structures whirling
through space

we are coterminous
contiguous
we're chameleon and calliope
we are coupled

we met in silence
exchanging glances only
yet we knew

our silence deepened to understanding
somewhere, between us
the coupling occurred

we are not one
you and i
